The client
Genius Labs is a startup based in Colombia. As experts in market research, they know how hard and expensive it is to get quality data from massive scale. They decided to build Survey Genius to solve this problem.
The challenge
When the Genius Labs founders decided to go all in on a product integrated with GPT to get as much quality as possible from a massive scale, they realized they were onto something.
The initial MVP was built by Novolabs, where we collaborated extensively during the project.
This round, the founders wanted to add white labeling features and make some tweaks based on feedback from current users.
The solution
As soon as we joined forces with Genius Labs to iterate Survey Genius, we started moving fast. From ideation meeting, to shaping, to UI design, to shipping.
In a matter of 2 months of continuous and iterative work, we got to fix bugs, make a few tweaks here and there, and add extensive features like NPS questions and answers, CSV exports for the surveys, improve usability for the response process, and custom white labeling branding for the survey creation flow.
Survey Genius is now able to create GPT based surveys for any brand in a custom made interface for their own users.
