Red Horse Mountain Ranch had built something rare in Idaho: a luxury all-inclusive dude ranch where the entire experience — guided horseback riding, fly fishing, specialty weeks, genuine Western hospitality — was designed and delivered by hand. The digital front door told a completely different story. The website could not take a direct booking. Every reservation started with a contact form or an Airbnb listing.
The reservation manager handled every inquiry manually: back and forth on availability, dates, cabin preferences, and deposit logistics. Platform commissions were bleeding revenue that should have stayed with the ranch. And nothing about the digital experience reflected the quality of the property.

A custom Bubble booking platform integrated with Checkfront for availability and Stripe for payments. Guests now see real-time availability for specialty weeks and cabins, select dates and preferences, and pay a 50% deposit directly through a branded interface that feels like Red Horse — not a generic booking widget.
